How do I access the Help Center?

Welcome to our Help Center! We're thrilled to have you here. We aim to provide you with all the information and support you need to make the most out of our services. To get started, you will need to sign in or sign up. 

 

Sign In:

I've submitted tickets for support in the past:

Great! You may already have a password from checking the status of your tickets, you can simply sign in using those credentials. If you've never logged in, then use the email associated with your Zendesk account. This account is automatically created when you send a ticket to support.

From the sign in page, you can select the 'Get a password' option and will be sent a reset password email. Follow the steps to make a password and you now can sign in to view the Help Center contents. 

Sign Up:

I've never submitted a support ticket, but I want to view the Help Center:

If you've never submitted a ticket and want to access the ADG Help Center, fill out your information under 'Sign up'. You will be sent an email to verify your email address, and you will now have access to the contents of the Help Center.
